New ruling by the EU Court of Justice: will the entire e-Invoicing standard be available for free as well?

The EU Court of Justice recently ruled to make EU Norms (“harmonised standards”) available for free if referenced in the laws.

The e-Invoicing standards are covered but were available for free already since publication.
