The Miami E-Invoicing Exchange Summit takes place just a few weeks after the Dubai edition, which featured key presentations on the Middle East’s rapid advancements in e-invoicing and VAT reporting. Discussions focused on recent public consultations on e-invoicing in the UAE, new regulations in Malaysia, and broader global trends in compliance and technological advancements.
In Miami, the focus will shift to the distinct e-invoicing landscape of North America. While the U.S. follows a less government-driven approach, it has a long-standing history with EDI technologies. Meanwhile, neighboring Mexico has been a pioneer in e-invoicing mandates, having introduced a clearance model over a decade ago.
Several exciting initiatives are also currently emerging in the USA, with the DBNA network leading the way. This decentralized B2B network, similar to Peppol, will be a focal point at the conference, providing attendees with presentations and direct networking opportunities with DBNA representatives.
As in previous editions, the event will begin with a workshop day on March 24, 2025, followed by the main conference on March 25-26, 2025, where participants can expect:
- An opening keynote on AI, the “opportunity of the century”
- Practical case studies, covering topics such as B2G e-invoicing deployment, global e-invoicing consolidation, and centralized compliance strategies
- Interactive roundtables, featuring discussions on ESG Reporting, B2B E-Invoicing in Germany, Real-Time E-Invoicing, and market adoption strategies
- An exhibition, showcasing leading industry partners
